The septum ring is the latest IT accessory gracing the noses of bloggers and vloggers everywhere. For those of us not ready to take the plunge with the real deal and also want to ball on a budget, I came up with an easy DIY for these dainty silver septum rings. Give it a try! #RX3 #WIC @phe_ebz
Materials
Gauge wire of your preferred thickness
Scissors or Pliers
Your hands!
STEP ONE | using the pliers/scissors, cut 2 pieces of your wire to about the width of your palm.
STEP TWO | twist the two wires around each other. Place your pinky in the middle of the wires and bend the two ends towards each other.
STEP THREE | bend the straight ends back to obtain the desired length of your ring. Use the pliers/scissors to cut the bended end to ~2cm.
STEP FOUR | loop the short ends. Shape the wire into a more ring-like shape using your fingers.
